Wow, all that satellite imagery and now they've got this sweet 3D terrain mapping. Give this a download if you have a decent computer and aren't on a dialup connection. I've spent hours on Google Maps just playing around and can already imagine myself doing the same with this.

I downloaded it and have been messing around with it for a while, one of the coolest programs I've ever seen.

They bought Keyhole a while ago. That was the integration into Google maps. The technology has been available through Keyhole for years.

The program won't work for me...my computer is up to date.

That upper deck looks awfully steep.

I e-mailed the link to this to my dad--and he is now obsessed with it and thinking of buying some upgrade. I guess he keeps showing (read: irritating) my mom with stuff from there.

I have been addicted with this for the past few days now... It's incredible.
