I must give your team some props for an outstanding first half. I kept hoping for some sort of slowdown so my team can catch up, but it never happened. But I also must say, you Sox Fans here... you guys and gals are pretty cool.I had this thought about Sox Fans as just being a beligerant blowhards. Boy I was wrong. The reason the Sox are winning (and winning so often I may add ) this season is largely in part to modeling the team after the back-to-back-to-back AL Central Divison champs from up North. Yes, it appears the Sox are heading to the playoffs, but there is a long way to go and any fan that told you otherwise is just downright goofy. The Twins stand just as good a chance as any to make it via the Wild Card. ...just stay the hell away from the AL Central crown.

The biggest compliment you can ever give to an opposing fan who posts on their rivals board is that you never knew they were a fan of that team, and I can't say how many times I have seen that exact comment made about you. You hold yourself with a ton of class, and are always welcome around these parts.

I think the reason the Twins are haveing trouble this year is that they went away from their formula. Not as many hit & runs, SB are down, Strikeouts are up. Still...I'm not counting the Twins out until our Magic number is 0.
