He gets about a 50/50 reaction from the crowd. Boos and cheers.

Hmph, sounded to me like there were more people clapping than booing him. Good and dignified. I like it.

Now just get him out.

why why why more claps then boos

ElDuque is hanging quite a few pitches so far, hopefully he settles in before it get's ugly :o

90 MPH tailing fastball from El Duque this at bat..

mags deserved to be cheered, he put in great work while he was here, it was unfortunate the business side turned out ugly

Not a bad inning. The Maggs hit was a blooper. And Duque looked like he just wanted to throw a FPS to start the game and Inge did a great job of hitting and hit it out.

I think I'm going to be able to update my sig sometime tonight...

A little rust from the duke. The Tiger announcers said that the #1 and #4 hitters are hitting over .400 against the Duke this year. Wow.

Standup double for Pods!

hey can anyone tell me who is aboz??? i said to get over the fact that maggs was on the tigers, and he banned me from the chat room. if i couldnt get suspended from sox talk, id call him a name.

ps nice double by scotty!! over .300!

WITH THAT DOUBLE, SCOTTIE P IS HITTING .301!!! HE'S CROSSED THE MAGIC LINE.

(also that's a 10 game hitting streak)

nice work by tad giving himself up

Scott's on 2nd so much with no outs, Tad's batting average is going to be down to like .250 soon.

Tad's awesome, gets him over, absolutely awesome.

Yet another productive out from Tadahito Iguchi.

We really need a nickname for him including some derivation of the words "productive out".

Nope.

Nope.

Which is why he's hitting .275 instead of .300.

Ugh, Scotty stranded on 3rd.

UGH!

Lead off double. NO runs. :stick

UGH!

What is going on with Frank? He has been so terrible lately. A wasted sacrifice by Iguchi!

Well, I guess we can't get timely hitting every time. Sure sucks when we don't get it though.
