Perusing the stats, Marte has given up 21 BBs and 28 H in only 29.2 IP. How the hell is his ERA so low?

I am at work.  I was on a call, when I got off of the call to check the game Jon was out and Cotts was in.  I could not have said anything before the fact.  If I was not on a call it would have been typed.
