I haven't a clue when it's on in Chicago (probably right before Saturday baseball on Fox), but it's on at 12:30 p.m. PST out here in LA.

August 7, 200520 yr Did anyone ever watch Spike TVs MLB show sorta like TWIB ?? I watched part of it for the first time this week and it had some Sox players micd during the Baltimore series it was pretty cool.

I remember they used to present it as a documentry style show with announcer recapping every game.. it almost felt like a hilight reel for the w.s. documentries..with a very awesome narrator.... Anyone remember the older TWIB? pre-jenny finch? also does anyone know who the narrator was?

Mel Allen Former Yankees broadcaster It was all about Don Mattingly, Wade Boggs and Darryl Strawberry back then. The East Coast bias holds firm.
August 8, 200520 yr Hoooow about that! I loved the opening theme music to the show too. Da da dadadda. They still have the closing music from Mels day Remember after Mel died, they replaced him with the Claymation Mel and he 'hosted' the show. Crazy
August 9, 200520 yr Mel Allen was great. And GMAFB about the east coast bias... there were a lot of clips about a lot of teams on that show, and there still is.
