August 29, 200520 yr Whoa! I'm shocked. I've been following on game day since the first pitch and never expected the Indians to come back so fast. And now they go ahead . I'm officially scared of the Indians! Thank God we're 8 games up.
August 30, 200520 yr a quick Twins update they scored a run before the 7th inning for the first time in 6 games or something like that. It tiook extra inning to beat the friggin Royals Someone should change this thread to Tribe only. lol
August 31, 200520 yr Minnesota has 13 hits in 9 innings, yet failed to score. They headed to the bottom of the ninth tied 0-0, but lost on a couple singles and an error.
August 31, 200520 yr QUOTE(Gene Honda Civic @ Aug 31, 2005 -> 02:10 PM) Minnesota has 13 hits in 9 innings, yet failed to score. They headed to the bottom of the ninth tied 0-0, but lost on a couple singles and an error. I wonder if Gardenhire blew another vessel
August 31, 200520 yr Author Tigers score 2....and the Indians come right back to tie the game in the first.
September 1, 200520 yr Author 2-2 in the 4th inning. The Indians are playing some sensational defense. They sure seem like they're having a lot of fun on the field.
September 1, 200520 yr QUOTE(fathom @ Aug 31, 2005 -> 07:27 PM) 4-2 Tigers in the 8th. Very nice move by Trammell to pinch run Young for Logan.
September 1, 200520 yr Author QUOTE(Rowand44 @ Sep 1, 2005 -> 01:28 AM) Very nice move by Trammell to pinch run Young for Logan. Yes it was. It figures that guys like Griffey Jr. and Dmitri are on fire when we're rumored to be interested in them. Thankfully, Huff hasn't been very good since the deadline. I still have a lot of doubt the Indians will lose this. They'll "Hulk up" in no time.
September 1, 200520 yr Author And the Indians are prime for runs in the bottom of the 8th inning. This team just has so much confidence in their ability to come back in games.
