Wait, what the hell happened?

Chat room NOW.

I can't - it doesn't work on this computer.

Everyone quit b****ing and say what happened, please.

For the love of God, what happened???

Hermie, its been nice. Time to slide you back into the 8th inning

Line drive down first base line, Konerko drops it in foul territory (edit: I should clarify that the ump said he dropped it while he was in fair territory), Blum has to go get it and throws it back to Paulie who drops it and Rodriguez scores.

There is no way that ball was fair.

Konerko had a mental mistake I hear.

No way. It was foul. Ump had a brain fart.

Konerko failed to catch the liner that WAS foul. Then he sat there and didn't go pick up the ball. The relay throw came to Konerko who dropped the ball AGAIN and thus Rodriguez scored from first.

I don't care if it was a bad call, Konerko had two chances on that play to get him out.

how does this happen to us every time?

This game's gonna be over, and it is hard to blame Konerko, that ball was foul.

I wish I could explain what happened, but i am listening to the game. rooney and farmer are not happy, they said Michael Ryan hit a ball in foul territory off Konerko, and it was called fair

how can they get away with that bad of a call. There should be nothing but protest after something like that

There is no reason to say a Sox player needs his arm broken or anything. That is classless.

BTW a 2nd f*** YOU goes to Marty Party. Whos walk scored! Thanks Marty for walking the lefty. The first of course goes to the ump for blowing the call.

wow, feels like the Oakland series.

Top of the 10th.. score some runs guys.

This is disgusting.

1st base ump CANNOT call the play until its passed 1st base. If the ump even makes a move to call it before its passed first base its either illegal or he's actually got the call in his head before it happens.

I am not even sure on the rules, but I have to believe there is a major problem with making a call out of turn. You just can't do it.

Not only was it a bad call, the guy should not have even made a call. THAT is disgusting...

Remember what happened last time we went into extra innings against these guys?

wost call i have ever seen

We are going to the 10th. Every time we give up the lead late we crap all over ourselves. Come back and play like a winner.
