Wow, bad. We could use a real 5-hole hitter, too.

We have a number 5 hitter....but he's batting 3rd.

Good play by Blum. That ball might have knocked Ozuna into the outfield.

going back to the 3 hole...other than grif....are there any real possibilities out there?

Not sure who has cleared waivers. We just need someone in the 3 hole that can produce without having to hit homers.

good start with double and hit :D

Excellent execution by Blum. Crede who? I sure didn't miss the pop up in that situation.

Holy cow, is that a run scored without a homer? Good job...keep it up.

I'm just happy we're getting to Pineiro. He has nothing. I was very disappointed we didn't light him up at the Cell a few weeks ago.

The rook is lucky that did'nt hit him in the face! :P

Juan Uribe = worst base runner in baseball

Even when Timo gets a hit,its a out. :drink

There no way thats Uribe's fault. With that arm in right he can't get to far from the bag!

he had no chance...he was in no mans land...and ichiro has a cannon

f***, let him right off the hook, basically.

The thing is, if you saw the replay, he was about half way when it landed. He was likely going to be out either way. And trust me, I wasn't basing that statement on just one play. His SB/CS ratio on the Sox is less than 40 pct.

Yeah, feels like we let a situation slip away where we could have really put Seattle in a giant hole. I do agree with Ozzie letting Anderson swing away though.

He is never on base,so he has no practice at running the bases. :lolhitting

Count is going right at them tonight!!!

I can't remember the last time Contreras struck out two straight batters on his fastball. Most of his strike outs usually occur with the forkball.
