Contreras deserved the right to try and get out of this inning without allowing a run. However, any time you let 4 out of 5 hitters reach base in the late innings, you should be pulled.

It's so obvious how different Contreras is with runners on. Not just the results, but the look on his face and the way he carries himself.

AJP needs the day off tomorrow.

Jose is just like Garland used to be. Get in any kind of trouble and he just becomes a little girl out there. When things are going smooth he is Cy Young. He doesnt have the excuse that Garland had of being young.
