I don't like mathematics this time of year.

We just have to play good baseball and pitch well cause it appears our hitting

may not be comin' back.

We scored 4 runs, hit no homers, got shutout in one game and managed to win a series 2 games to 1. I'm not saying the Sox are back but that sounds like alot of series recaps we had in April and May (minus the shutout).

That's the problem, not tryin to be a downer. We only score 4 runs in 3 games and still win 2. How are u happy with that. We got lucky that we had 2 awsome preformances those days from or pitching. I wouldnt be too exticed about that.

Why are people happy with that. Im not. That will come back to bit someone in the ass. that will not work in the postseason(if we make it there). If we get 18 hits in three games. we better scored more that 4 times.

That's how we've won all year. All of us would like the offense to score more but we win on the basis of pitching and defense and when we were going good that's how we won, period. People say we can't win that way in the playoffs but we can, we proved against the yankees that it's possible. If we can get Buehrle back on track then it's definitely possible. Contreras is there right now, he's just f***in awesome at this point and Freddy will be there if we get in the post season because that's what Freddy does. Hopefully we get there and then we can argue about this some more.

Minnesota scored more runs this series than us and Johan pitched far better than Jon or Contreras. They obviously had the better series.
