September 21, 200520 yr Ok i got playoff tickets to the 3rd game (if there is one) and I noticed that the price of the club level is equal to that of premium box seat. Is there any reason for this? is there something special about the club level that i do not know about. I am not complaining, because i would have paid twice what i did for tickets to any game, but I am pretty far down the 3rd base line and higher up. Why is that considered and equal experience to being on the main concourse? Just wondering.
September 21, 200520 yr You get waited on, which is pretty nice. You just give em your credit card and they bring food and drink to you.
September 21, 200520 yr yes, private bathrooms pretty much, no line for concessions. Awesome lounge, you have waiters. I prefer club to sitting below
September 21, 200520 yr I have season tickets in the club level. I like it for several reasons. You can go to the bathroom and not miss a pitch. A rain delay can be spent watching a plasma tv in air conditioning or heat, whatever is necessary. There aren't as many people getting up during a key pitch and getting in your way going to get their 5th order of nachos. The view is great as well. Wait service is nice, but if you're on a budget be careful.
September 21, 200520 yr Yes, wait service is night, I believe you can pay cash as well. Also, the "concourse" on the Club level is carapeted, had nice seats and Plasmas and such. Also, no line for food an bathroom. It's my favorite section at the park.
September 21, 200520 yr Another cool thing about the club level is you get an awesome view. Its a little more elevated and if your seats are between the paths (especially) than you just have an awesome view of things. Technically speaking the best seats in the house are usually where the announcers are.
September 21, 200520 yr I was in the club level for a Sox game in Baltimore (granted, different stadium, but still) and it was great. You didnt have to miss a minute of the action of you wanted some food

You didnt have to miss a minute of the action of you wanted some food I talked to someone who was in the club level in Baltimore and supposedly when the White Sox upgraded their club level , it was patterned after Baltimore's. Supposedly, they are almost identical.

Everything these people have said is correct no doubt...as for the cost of the tickets being the same, they aren't during the regular season. I think MLB comes up with several cost groupings, and then fit our seats into that cost structure. For example, the premium box seats are also the same as the regular box seats. And there are also less cost schedules for the upper deck.
