I find it quite funny that so many people wanted AJ Burnett on the Sox.  Now, Crede resembles Burnett so much, in terms of facial look (I tried to avoid using facial, sorry).

 

It wasn't so much that I wanted AJ or that we did, we just wanted SOMETHING. I still think a Griffey trade would have been great and there is little denying that. I wanted Wagner badly too but apparently a bullpen is a luxury, not a necessity!

I'd let Contreras face Tavares, and then bring in Cotts to face Berkman.

Somebody want to explain to me why Marte's warming up? You all have a bullpen that hasn't pitched in a week, and Marte was the only remotely hittable pitcher in our series versus you guys. . . he's the only semi-sucky pitcher on the roster, so why is he up in a one run game?
