I'm liking them winning all the marbles in game 6. ;) The reception would definitely end up in the beer garden until closing if this is the case lol.

Crap...I need it in 5. I'm having a Halloween Party type of thing on the 29th.

Yeah, I'm in a wedding on the 29th, so I would prefer they win it in 5 also. Although, I would also accept them winning in 4. :D

Sox in three games. Astros are terrifed by Sox overpowering play and quit midwat through game three down 14-0. having been outscored in the series 45-1.

this is no joke.

New playoff format..??

I think the implication is that the Astros are so scarred after being dealt non-stop beatings that they forfiet after game 3. :)

Don't worry about that, he'll pick the Sox to win and to lose, like Gammons did.

That way, he's "right" either way.

Now he's a guy I would trust his baseball knowledge.

I hope he's right.

Ah...ha...ha...ha...

Most the people coming to the "party" don't care a hoot about a World Series, as many of them are 3rd grade girls, and a few Cubs fans. :D

i was just reading and Keith Olberman thinks the sox are gonna sweep.

six would be great. not too sure i'd want to see oswalt in a game seven. dude's just plan filthy.

We're invited to a Halloween party the night of Game 6. Hosted by our Cub fans friends.

Still debating whether to dress up as a pennant just to be mean.

But how I do that is an entirely different dilemma.

you have cub fan friends!? for shame! :o :o :o

p.s. when i was 8 i dressed up as a baseball card for halloween. i just got a refrigerator box side of cardboard, drew some guy on the front, cut out holes for the head and arms, and stuck 'em through. maybe you can do something similar. if you do, take pictures.
