SOX PITCHERS BATTING

Featured Replies

I have some questions:

Will our hitters study video of Houston pitchers?

Will our pitcher go over scouting reports on Houston hitters?

Because if they don't that could be a huge advantage to Houston!

In the future, please only ask questions that only members of Sox Talk have the answers to. Make no attempts to generate conversation. Jesus Christ this a discussion board. Thank you.

I can only speak for myself, but sometimes the 'f***in retarded' questions are rhetorical and a means to start up a conversation.

I bet 90% of the questions on this board can be answered by a yes or no.  Let's start doing that and see what's really 'f***in retarded'.

In a lot of cases, that's fine. If it gets people talking about something meaningful, I am all for it.

Jon's our only starter that doesn't look lost up there, Cliff is the best hitter on the team this year so I'm sure he'll be used as a pinch hitter sometime this series. ;)

AND be next in line to play short.... :D

I would say that the arguement that ensued was about 90% of that :P

It's got to take a lot to work with such a shriveled pair. ;)

Of all the things that Sox fans do, welcoming new people and patiently answering their questions, is my favorite. :lolhitting

Again...there is my love for you. :D

Yeah, I was watching this and wondering how the poor new fella was feeling. I've been on that end of being a "newbie" and it sucks. Just answer the question and don't make the person feel like an idiot. If it was a LONG term poster, make 'em feel dumb, fine. But a new guy asking a question, just answer it or move on. Too tough to do?

Of course Cub fans would be sitting around wondering if their pitchers are practicing not batting

Shouldn't be.

This is a press conference for God's sake!

The last thing I wanna do is answer a bunch of questions!
