Cornbread muffins........ Zatarains Dirty Rice........ Fresh Collard greens, boiled with ham hocks........ Homestyle pan fries, cooked in pure butter....... I make my own homemade Bbq sauce for the ribs and beans....... Have a look...... Don't know how healthy it all is, don't really care either.......... I grew up in Chicago boys and girls, i know how to eat good, and cook it too, thanks Mom.......... I'll post a pic of the homestyle pan fries later, they're cooking right now.......
