Sweden wins 7-3

I'm trying to decide if I should stay at work long enough to get the result of the Finland-Russia game.

 

Will it be on tv tonight?

Finland shuts out Russia 4-0. Their defensive system is just so solid, a true team effort.

 

Bronze game is 12:00 on saturday. Gold is 7:00am Sunday.

Czech up 2-0 through 2.

Russia gets shut out again, 3-0

So the Czech's get the bronze. If Finland takes the gold tomorrow over Sweden, they will win the gold and have gone 8-0-0 in the process. Has that ever been done before?

IMO Sweeden takes this game because of their solid defense.

Forsberg, Sundin and Alfredsson is a hell of a first line for them, and I think it'll probably be the difference b/w the two teams.

 

Although Henrik Lundqvist has to be more solid in goal.

Great game...great tournament. Was worth getting up on 4 hours of sleep.
