Say what you want about Bonds, but thats f***ing hilarious.  At least he has something resembling a sense of humor about himself.  Still a prick, but thats pretty funny.

 

I've never seen a comedic side to Barry Bonds before. He always comes across as surly. It's a refreshing change.

That's what happens when you're an Uber-Power hitter and it's the first game of spring training. You tend to open everything up a bit on your swing in an attempt to hit the ball 800 feet.

I believe they were both 2 fly outs...neither of which was close to being a HR. It happens, early in Spring Training, the first real live-pitching you see, and you get over-anxious. You start taking your head off, opening up your shoulders, dropping your back shoulder, flailing your hips, etc. Happens to everyone.

Corwin Malone was pretty terrible today -- 1 IP, 3 ER, 1 H, 3 BB, 2 K. He took the loss. He had no control at all.

Cotts looks nasty

I leave tonight for AZ, and I'll be at the game tomorrow (3/4). I'll have my camera. If anyone has any specific requests for pictures (certain people or whatever), I will try to get them. No guarantees of course, but I'll do what I can.
