March 1, 200620 yr Guaranteeing a win tonight for the mighty Bulls. On NBATV some guy was on and they were talking about potential destinations for KG this offseason and said the Bulls had to be the front runner. They have the young talent, cap room, and draft picks. Plus KG is from the area and would have zero problem coming back home. If they could somehow keep Hinrich and Deng (give up both picks for all I care) and get KG I would be ecstatic. Regardless even if instead they have Hinrich/KG/Chandler I'll still be exstatic. Gordon, draft picks and Noc. Plus a future #1.
March 1, 200620 yr I would run around naked for hours if we got KG, my favorite player in the league by far. Too bad he didn't get suspended for grazing that poor mans face with the ball, I didn't realize we had them next. GO BULLS
March 1, 200620 yr Author QUOTE(WHarris1 @ Feb 28, 2006 -> 05:52 PM) Please tell me Tyson didn't start at the 5...PLEASE They have been announcing him at the 5 for a while now.
March 1, 200620 yr QUOTE(Chisoxfn @ Feb 28, 2006 -> 07:58 PM) They have been announcing him at the 5 for a while now. I don't think so, Othella has been the starting 5.
March 1, 200620 yr nevermind its wciu. Now the problem is somebody needs to convince me to watch the game. Illini game.......or.......Bulls game?
March 1, 200620 yr QUOTE(WHarris1 @ Mar 1, 2006 -> 02:01 AM) I don't think so, Othella has been the starting 5. he has been kind of playing the 5 but for at least that last few games they been announcing Tyson as the 5.
March 1, 200620 yr QUOTE(iWiN4PreP @ Feb 28, 2006 -> 09:27 PM) Did any one see malik's injury? Was it bad? He hit his head against Songaila's knee. It did not look as bad as it was treated (which probably is a good sign.) It looked like he just had some whiplash and should be getting better by the second.
March 1, 200620 yr Very impressive game for the Bulls minus Duhon, Pargo and Allen. WHarris shouldn't you be watching Brent? Edited March 1, 200620 yr by maggsmaggs
March 1, 200620 yr QUOTE(maggsmaggs @ Feb 28, 2006 -> 09:44 PM) WHarris shouldn't you be watching Brent. I am watching the Illini game, just watching Bulls on Yahoo.
March 1, 200620 yr QUOTE(WHarris1 @ Feb 28, 2006 -> 09:44 PM) I am watching the Illini game, just watching Bulls on Yahoo. Gottcha, I am pressing the back button on my remote every ten seconds.
March 1, 200620 yr Kirk looks pissed every time his teammates pass the ball after he gives it to them. Get Kirk the triple drouble.
March 1, 200620 yr Kirk gave guys some good looks and he doesn't get it. Come on Deng, you had two gimmies from Kirk.
March 1, 200620 yr QUOTE(Chisoxfn @ Feb 28, 2006 -> 11:12 PM) Told you all we would win. Hinrich whooped some serious butt tonight. And Jason gets his first prediction right of the year.
March 1, 200620 yr I thought Dwayne Casey made some really questionable moves in the middle of the game last night. Rashad McCants was absolutely on fire in the second quarter, and midway through the quarter after he lit up the Bulls for 13 points in about 3 minutes, Casey pulls him out. Why? The guy was obviously the hot hand on the court and the Wolves were really making a nice run, but Casey pulled McCants and next thing you know the Bulls closed and took the lead. Good game by the Bulls, regardless of what Casey was doing. Has there been any word on Malik Allen's neck and Chris Duhon's (glass) jaw?
March 1, 200620 yr Author QUOTE(Rowand44 @ Feb 28, 2006 -> 09:15 PM) And Jason gets his first prediction right of the year. Illini fans should remember last year. From the first day of the season I said UNC beats the Illini in the finals. And I was ding ding ding...correct. But this is the new year so I had to finally get something right.

It's a running joke with UNC fans, if we see Rashad playing well in the 1st half, we know he will be benched for most of the 2nd half, its like clockwork. Doesn't make any sense, but it happens, alot.
