I regret watching American Idol in place of this game thus far.

 

Venezuela just had their first hit of the game in the 6th. Tie game now.

 

Liriano is so similar to Santana it's freightening. How it is possible for a ballclub to not only have a pitcher of Santana's caliber, but have perhaps the only pitcher in the majors who can match his potential? f***ing San Francisco.

A bit of first inning freddy, but more than anything he was just facing an awesome offense.

 

Polanco slapped one to right. Tejada pulled a 3-2 breaking ball out of the dirt for a double, putting runners on second and third nobody out in the first. But from then on he was lights out. He got the next two batters out, before a slow roller to third by Alou scored a run. It was a play that Crede makes pretty regularly. Miguel Cabrera was slow to read the ball, and didn't pick it.
