I'd say they're about even in straight line speed Keith. Owens doesn't have the subtlety of stealing bases down pat though.

i've read about this whole situation before, i think.

 

The thinking is that you'll be able to help your team more by hitting the way you do naturally (hitting at full power to go to the right side) instead of just settling for a single to the left side.
