Buehrle has basically had 1 'bad' inning all year, and wasn't really a bad inning all things considered (3 runs)

 

I hate this early start after a night game. We need a gem from Mark to avoid needing the pen.

Actually Buehrle has given up 3 runs in an inning twice this year, the 2nd inning Vs the Mariners and the 3rd inning on Opening Day.

This early start is nice for me. The game's supposed to be on ESPN, and the TV listings claim it will be here. However, that means it'll most likely be blacked out.

It's a waste of a spot, but we got to have him though. Because there's always that what-if, and we're better off not having to think about putting Thome out there.

Actually, lefties (.265 .326 .411 .737) hit better of Sabathia than righties (.248 .313 .391 .704). I too am surprised not to see Gload get some ABs.

Glad to see Dye back. Everytime one of our speedsters gets on we should steal. Sabathia is slow to home and like to pound the bottom of the strike zone, and Victor is horrible at throwing runners out.

For as bad as Pods is in LF, I'm still more confident with him out there than I am Pods. With Buehrle on the mound, I'm always a fan of having your best fielders playing. Hopefully Buehrle and Widger will get into a better rhythm than they did last game.

I'd just like to say I'm pissed off at the schedule makers for cutting into my nap time. That is all.
