If we can continue to get our 7-8-9 hitters on base, this lineup is so damn strong. I haven't had time to say this recently, but you don't f*** with our 3-4-5 (get well soon Dye).

God damn Thome killed that one.

6-0 good guys.

He strikes out a lot but he also hits a lot.  He's a good example of why strikeouts by batters aren't all that bad.

I think the Ks come with the territory. Iguchi needs to take pitches when Pods is in a position to steal, and he also has to try to hit to the right side to advance him. Giving away strikes like he is asked to do causes him to have fewer opportunities to swing away, thus causing a few more Ks.

Never hit a homerun again, AJ.

Thome is another good one, I think. :)

I'm glad we let Joe grow in Chicago.

Thome is another good one, I think. :)

Adam Dunn too, although that dude is a freaking butcher in LF.

His homers will come, but I'm very happy with AJ's approach right now.

I couldn't be happier with Iguchi's performance at the plate and in the field so far. He started off strong last season also, and then he tailed off as the year went on. Hopefully, he can stay consistent throughout the year.

I hope this long ass inning doesn't f*** up Vazquez.

We'll see how he reacts to the longer season in the MLB than in Japan after going through it once last year. Hopefully, he'll be more prepared for the long months, and therefore stay more consistant.

Cintron should help with that.

Hmm...Gobble looks faster than 90....

The Royals obviously suck, but you have to admit they've got some great names: like Runelvys Hernandez, Elmer Dessens, Jimmy Gobble, and the never to be topped Ambiorix Burgos.

Man, this is much better than last night. :)

Think Javy is using the GageBrand Rally Beard?

There goes perfection.

Podsednik just blew it.

Nice.

Keep the shutout.

Just keep KC out of this game. As we know, they have a habit of getting back into games against us.

Did Podsednik misplay that ball? According to Farmer, he did.

It was a tough play. Mediocre outfielders can't be expected to catch that.

It was a shot off the bat, but he had a chance.

Wow...that's a ball that should have been caught also.

Gload is a first baseman with an outfielder's glove.

Lets go Vaz....don't give them a chance to even make a comeback.
