May 7, 200619 yr It doesn't suck that much. They can now throw Heilman into the rotation, and probably get an upgrade over Zambrano's production.

May 7, 200619 yr Tough luck for the Mets. They have three starters down (Maine, Zambrano and Bannister) and it seems like Zambrano's replacement will be Jose Lima. The Mets might want to ride the four-man rotation for a while since they have the next two Mondays off.

Yes. Many people think that trade was the reason Minaya was brought in. There was also the BBTN rumor that Zito would be available for Milledge. I don't think the Mets would do that, just throwing it out as another possibility.

(it also makes me a little bit of a mets fan)
