BTW....Jenks has now pitched 18 times in 33 games. That's way too much, especially for a young pitcher who isn't exactly fit.

No, he's been extremely inconsistent. Don't blame tonight on the rain. It only started to get real bad after he gave up those rockets. If he would have gone to the mound, threw 100 mph, and given up homers, that would be one thing. But it's concerning when he's missing his good stuff two times in a week.

 

Uh, no. He got off to a little bit of a rough start, but that was giving up a bomb to the hottest hitter in the league at the time, and has been rough in 2 out of 3 outings.

 

In between he was awesome.

Seriously. Call the game. These guys obviously can't pitch in this.

I guess K-Rod can pitch just fine in the rain. Maybe the rain wasn't the problem.

We miss Lohse, which sucks. If we're pitching Haeger on Monday, that series might not go so well.

It is Oz's fault for bringing him in. No way should Cotts have been taken out in that situation.
