The ball hit the runner. It was hard to see, but he had no chance.

So, I want to know if I'm allowed to show concern with our rotation without hearing about our record?

 

Can we realize perhaps this rotation isn't as good as we once believe?

First post in a while, but Widger's game-calling disgusts me. He has a 2-2 pitch on Patterson, one of the worst breaking ball hitters in baseball. What does he call? A Garcia 86 mph fastball! Same thing with that last pitch to Millar. The only pitch he can hit in an inside fastball.

Clearly we've got two good starting pitchers and 3 who have looked like #5 starters. Can anyone give me a good reason why our #1 need for a mid-season trade isn't a starting pitcher? We can't just count on riding this offense to the WS.
