Interesting decision by Ozzie. That bunt takes the bat out of the hands of Thome. Gload is a big time double play candidate with his ground ball swing.

 

It also puts the pressure on Baltimore, they put the lead run on and it puts extra pressure on the pitcher.

I don't like PR for Thome here. If it goes to extra innings, the Sox are going to be really short without Konerko and Thome. If Thome was the tying run that would be one thing.
