I've never seen a game by the Sox this year where we've taken more strikes, but have swung at balls out of the zone. Ozzie should be livid about this effort.

Ugh. NOt a good game. Everything was bad tonight. Hernandez made some good pitches on us, and when he didn't, we lined into a douple play, or lined out with 2 runners on, or grounded into a DP. Add that with the defense tonight and it was not a good combo.

This closer has nothing. And our guys are making him look like papleboner.

They played like total s*** tonight. Good job Dye, Konerko, Cora, Pods and how can I forget Javy Cy Vazquez, ugh.

TERRIBLE loss. Some of the worst swings of the season.

I'm embarassed. 6.5 games out now, only 2 up on Minnesota. They should be ashamed of themselves, this wasn't a loss, it was a game that HAD to have been fixed. We played that bad.

They need to play strong tomorrow and Thurs., or you don't like the momentum heading into a huge 7 game series. You simply can't lose a match-up like we had tonight.

Wow. Just wow. If I am Ozzie I would absolutely lose it over this loss....devestating in every sense of the word. Hapless.

 

Our only saving grace is Boston sucks...The Twins are the team Im most worried about in the Wildcard.
