Does anyone have any figures as to how many times we scored in first inning this year versus last year?

Verlander is not even locating well and we cant hit him?

The sweep of the Tigers seems like it was months ago. I'm making my first trek to Comerica Park tomorrow. Buerhle better be on.

It seems like forever since we last consistently hit the ball hard for more than an inning or two in one game. I had no clue PK only had one homer this month...and that was against Mariano. Ozzie might want to start giving them a day off once a week by inserting Gload into the lineup.

Geez, we work them into hitters counts and can't capitalize.

 

We need to improve our execution, and soon.

 

This discussion has been going on for months. I really don't think there is going to be any changes.

Last year, Podsednik consistently slapped the ball over the 3rd baseman's head for a hit. I don't think I've seen too much of that this year.
