Man... I'm no huge fan of Hawk and DJ, but these Cubs announcers are even worse. I haven't watched the Cubs on TV for a while, but it used to be a little more tolerable with Steve Stone in there.

Real quick delivery, he was doing a very nice job of jamming Jones high and inside with those fastballs. I gotta say the ball looks a lot harder coming out of his hand than 89-90 MPH.

Whoa, that was a major league change by Danks.

Danks is pretty good, I like this kid.

Terrible 0-2 fastball, right down the middle fouled straight back. Outstanding change to K him though.

Now, I have to admit that changeup was awesome.

 

I like what I saw from him the last inning though. Even with several of the fastballs which were tagged, he doesn't appear to pitch up in the zone or go deep in counts.

 

And it's quite obvious his stuff is superior to Buehrles.
