Garland looks uninterested, like everyone on the team in the spring

Garland always looks uninterested. And considering this is the first televised game, I don't know how you could generalize about the rest of the games.

Nice 6-4-3 DP

double play - kickass!!

Ramirez is insanely quick out of the box.

Jesus, Ramirez wasn't even in the frame during that DP.

Pinella should be on his ass for dogging it.

OT, but anyone hear Toby Hall talk about the Sosa corked bat today? I didn't realize he was the catcher at the time, and he claimed "For the good of baseball" he tried to get rid of the bat before anyone saw it.

Ugh, why would you even mention that? I actually like Toby Hall but that's just retarded on his part.

This is the 2nd televised game, and I was speaking more in general about the Sox in spring, than the Sox in spring this year. They were 3-13 to start the spring last year. They are there to get their work in.

Rich Hill doing exactly what he does best -- dominate minor league talent.

Cubs announcers rubbing our face in a third place finish. Talk about being in an ass kicking contest with a one legged man.

And against big league players he's given up a HR, a popout and a HBP.

Leave Santo alone, it was a tough week for him.

If Mayor Daley were in control of that election ... Well ... Santo still would not have won.

Speaking of him, Len/Casper haven't even gotten around to the topic yet.

That'll be a interesting 6 innings of talk.

Why not hit a Cub for retribution. Have a little fun.

Pinella has gone from managing the Yankees, to Champion Reds, to Playoff team Mariners. Then he goes to Tampa before the ultimate insult, managing the Cubs. I see a pattern here.

How dare Spivey wears Lance Johnson's #1.

Soriano didn't look too comfortable with that read. This should be an interesting year in CF.
