McCarthy's first outing for TEX

Featured Replies

6 IP, 10 H, 4 ER, 1 BB, 0 K's

6.00 ERA, 0-1

Small consolation after the frustrating loss today.

That is a better outing then Jose and Garland both had. That doesn't make me feel any better. :crying

Moved to the diamond club. Gameday says it was 3 earned, but whatever, I like Brandon but I couldn't care less what he does in Texas. No consolation at all.

Now, lets see whether Danks matches that.

Time to update the McCarthy/Danks watch.

Exactly. We'll get a better gist of this trade in game 5. Im sure BMacs first season as a starter wont go that smoothly.

McCarthy was unable to pitch around an error early in the game, the runs may not have been earned but McCarthy was thoroughly unimpressive today.

Ervin looked good.

Good to see you aren't going to be biased in keeping track of stats though...he's given up 5 runs, 3 ER. You separated the categories conveniently. An unearned run is still a run.

Your sig is misleading by saying 3 runs (2 UER.) That means he has given up 1 ER.

...and are you not keeping track of K's now?

Actually, I didn't even notice the mistake. There's no alterior motive, here.

So you won't stop updating if the numbers aren't in the favor of your argument?

Which should suggest poor math, not an attempt to disguise McCarthy's performance.

Strikeouts are represented. He just didn't have any.

Yes. I'm sure people will call me out if I do. :)
