White Sox vs. Tigers, 4/21/07 (W)

Stavo hits a missile to short stop... tough break for him, NOT! He rolled over on a pitch outside, like most hitters in this lineup do, so one can say Gustavo is developing really fast.

Facing a pitcher that just sits on the outter half against this team is hilarious.

9 up, 9 down.

Good work guys.

It's pretty scary how many times we've seen that already this year.

Holy Jesus.

Wouldn't it be some crazy s*** if we got no-hit a couple days after throwing one ourselves?

If it results in some changes made to this lefty lineup, I'd be all for it.

Robertson has lived on the outside corner of the plate. We have yet to record a hit. Coincidence?

Molina's last swing says everything -- attempting to pull an outside pitch to the leftside for a weak out.

SSI can't like what he's seeing.

Can someone quickly compile the amount of hits we've had each game against the starting LHP? I wasn't being sarcastic when I asked earlier if we'd top 5 hits today vs Robertson.

I hate saying this cause it sounds like Hawk/DJ, but I'm grateful we have the record we do right now. I still have no faith in our offense, but thankfully our bullpen has won us quite a few games lately.

Good inning Jose.

Losing 4-0 would be a win at this point. :P

Wow, despite giving up a grandslam in the first, Contreras actually has less pitches thrown than the guy with the no-no going.

Contreras is actually looking pretty good. He learned his lesson that the Tigers as a whole have ZERO plate patience. He's only thrown 5 balls so far this game. Really hope we can get something going offensively, because we have hit Robertson pretty hard in the past.

cancel the post game show.

Pablo showing his power

I really hate cavernous ballparks.

Leadoff double for Pablo, why does he not get more ABs again?

Haven't you heard? The farther you hit the ball into the stands the more runs you get! SO SWING HARD!!!

over/under on the odds of Iguchi moving the runner over, but then Thome and Konerko both getting outs and the Sox doen't score any runs?

Good AB Gooch

he's not a good enough grinder.

I know it's good baseball...but I've never heard to homers emphatuated with a ground ball to the right side more than these 2. How bout a few HITS.
