Hey look Uribe caught the ball on a throw for a force.

Hey look Paulie made a good throw.

You mean Paulie made a throw that Uribe barely had to move for. I forget, asking a Shortstop to be athetlic is so demanding of me. :P

Remember the idiots who thought Crede was better than ARam?

I'd still take the Crede of last year over Ramirez. The question of course is whether we'll ever see that Crede again (and the odds aren't good).

I'll take the guy who nearly hit 40 homers and had over 110 RBI.

Same here. This year is obviously a different story.

Sox coming to Bat. lets get some hits. or a hit or a pop up.

Poor Salman Rushdie.

Bats are gonna come alive this inning

Crede wasn't suppose to be one of our top RBI guys. ARam last year was suppose to be #2 behind Lee, before Lee went down.

2 different roles last year for those guys.

I'll sacrifice the 10 home runs for the defense Joe Plays. (And Joe's numbers would still have been better if his back hadn't ruined his September)

This is such a pathetic team to watch. It's to the point where everyone should be on the market.

Nice idea by Luis, just bad placement.

Ive always hated the bunt with one out and nobody on base.

That's like saying you can't compare Derek Jeter and Juan Uribe because they have two different roles.

Ramirez's defense is incredibly underrated. I watch both teams play about 150 times a year, and I honestly don't think there's much of a difference at all.

To Brian:

What are you talking about? The question is talent at third not roles on the team.

If Crede didnt pop up 80% a game then maybe he would have a better role.

Edited by Misplaced_Sox

Big Z enters the inning wiht 76 pitches, and leaves with 85.

Didn't we used to hear the word smartball on occasion?

Edited by Balta1701

11 strikeouts. 1 hit.

Nice swing Gooch! If Walker is on the bench tomorrow, I'm not watching the game.

Blow up the outside world.

I can't take much more of this s***. I'm gonna f***in put my foot right through my big screen, I am so frustrated with this team!!!!

And? One is a top of the order guy who bats around .330 every year, is a great team leader and the other is Uribe. We don't depend on Uribe to bat 2nd, get on base, and hit to all fields. It is exactly 2 different roles.
