Heroes in a Half-Shell

I liked Donatello.

He always had the best weapon out of any of the Turtles.

Who wants to use nun-chuks, when you have that large stick to use against your enemies.

Who wants 2 big sticks when you can have 2 big muthaf****** swords as your weapons?

Rafaels weapons seemed like the least helpful, at least to me.

IDK bro. Nun-chuks are the s***. Michaelangelo is probably like "Large sticks are only for the bedroom" or somethin to that degree. I always loved the nun-chuks.

Except they had a reach of half the size of his head.

Michaelangelo had a lot of things going for him, but the weapon, I would say no.

Donatello > Leonardo > Michaelangelo > Rafael

anybody who says Leonardo is anything less than the best Ninja Turtle really needs to sit alone in a room for a few hours and contemplate life, because Leonardo is best evar

Donatello was the worst, simply because he was the worst turtle to be in any TMNT video game.

/debate

In my games Rafael was always the worst, but he did have massive strength. Plus he's my favorite.

How can you say that sharp metal handheld pitchforks (twin sai) are weaker than a giant stick or two sticks on a chain?

Disagree.

You could always cheat with Donatello, put him on a high ledge, attack downwards, and game over.

Leonardo>Michaelangelo>Raphael>Donatello

Debate over. Though Michaelangelo and Raphael are pretty damn close.

What are you talking about? You can absolutely destroy Rocksteady and Bebop in the first game for the NES, and he's awesome in Tutrles in Time for the SNES.

I preferred going after the enemies and not having to wait/hide on a perch and stab the area below with a stick to do anything worthwhile.

That's what I'm talking about.

Yeah but that takes ages, and you die too much doing that.

That's why Donatello's smart.

Did anyone see the recent CGI movie adaptation? Any good?

how have we not addressed their colors yet? Let's at least make this "scientific"

Colors:

Blue > Orange > Red > Purple

Weapons:

Swords > Nunchucks > Bo Staff > Sais

Names

Leonardo > Michaelangelo > Donatello > Raphael

Leadership Skills

Leonardo > Donatello > Raphael and Michaelangelo

Cartoon Voice Over Artist

no effing contest... Cam Clarke (Leonardo) has done everything from Robotech to Gargoyles

Although the runner up is Townsend Coleman (Mike) who voiced in "Jem and the Holograms", "Denver the Last Dinosaur," and "Captain Planet"

Followed by Rob Paulson (Raphy) who has had the most work in the past couple years working for Disney.

Final Tally

Leonardo > Michaelangelo > Donatello > Raphael

They're all great.

I loved but hated Leonardo. I loved him because his color was blue, my favorite color, the swords was an awesome weapon, but hated him because he always got into fights with my favorite Raphael, plus even though the was the leader, he seemed to be too bossy in my opinion. Now I realize I only liked him because of his weapon and his color.

I absolutely loved Raphael because of his strength and attitude. I have always liked the rebelious in him. When Turtles stopped getting aired I turned to X-Men and Wolverine gave me the same attitude as Raphael whereas Cyclops gave me the same attitude as Leonardo. What I didn't like about Raphael as much were his weapons, but they weren't too bad.

I thought Donatello was cool because of his smartness, and I liked how him and Michelangelo interacted with each other. I never liked his color purple but now it's not a big deal anymore. His bo was awesome, at least I always thought that. Sometimes I thought he should've been the leader instead of Leonardo because of some of his qualities.

As far as Michelangelo, I loved his attitude at times, because he was hilarious, but I thought he always got himself into too much trouble and tried to be funny too much. When it came to watching turtles, I liked the seriousness of Leonardo and Raphael more. I thought the nunchucks were always cool. As I've gotten older I appreciate the comedy he's brought to the turtles.

In a way, I can relate to all the turtles based on their personalities, which is a coo thing about them. That's my review of the turtles in a nut shell.

My 4-year-old brother saw it like 20 times. Then he had to get all the Turtles action figures (each having two variations), and Raphael on a motorcycle, and the van.

I just found it funny that we're 20 years apart and we had the same childhood obsession.

Leonardo is both of our favorites. :D

So if you like Curious George, Elmo, and Go Diego Go like he does, you'll probably enjoy the movie a lot too.

the reviews i read on some of the movie sites said it was more aimed at our age, more of an adult themed movie. More based on the comics and graphic comics than the wimpy tv show
