He still had a 150 OPS+ in 432ABs last year. At his age, and recent history, the key thing is keeping him healthy. Having Swisher DH against LHP can give him a few extra days off

No reason to use Swisher at DH when we have older guys who are RHP who can fill that role and get more rest for themselves (Dye and Konerko).

Maybe 5 feet over the LF wall. Not all that far, but from the replay, it looked like a pop-up.
