Contreras 3-pitch K's Maggs, and Maggs is not very happy.

Strike zone continues to wander.

Disappointing 1st inning when you consider they have a better pitcher in the game.

Very disappointing. I swear...I wish I could here Stoney when I'm watching this from my living room. I know I'm probably in he minority here...but I am absolutely SICK of listening to Hawk and DJ. I'd rather listen to Rosanne Barr and Rosie O'Donnell having sex. They just friggin ramble and try to out cliche each other.

so if you can't argue balls and strikes, what was that from magglio?

Maybe the best sequence I've seen by Contreras in 2 years there against Ordonez.

Cuzzi would have had Maggs thrown out for that...

okay im calling RCN Jimbo, good news is if we lived in Philly the game is on a channel in the 50s.

Bad news is they had no info on the Sox so i have to wait to talk to some one.

5-pitch inning for Contreras.

Wow this ump really sucks. Low scoring game maybe. Hard for the hitters to do anything when they dont know what a strike is.

nice quick inning for jose

Very nice inning for JC

IMO there's leeway for batters. It's managers that can't talk....specifically Ozzie.

RCN is another cable provider in Chicago. If they (or Wide Open West or any other cable company) were available at my condo I'd drop Comcast in a heartbeat.

We are thinking about ditching Comcast as well. Prices are going up too much. We're looking at AT&T Advanced TV or DirectTV. Don't know too much about the AT&T option though.

good inning for the count

He makes hitting look so easy sometimes.

id like to really make aquilino work here...they tigers used their pen quite a bit last night, and this could really throw the already terrible pen off for the rest of the series

The Directv extra innings package in HD is awesome. The mix channel rules, and there's great features like box scores and a channel that will take you to big moments in every game.

he gets such a bad rep sometimes...but he has averaged roughly a .400 obp and a .900 OPS with 30 HR over the last 3 years

Our lineup is playing right into Lopez's strength (slider to righties). He's not normally a high pitch count reliever, so need to make him work.

Joe still doesn't know how to go the other way.

That last slider to Crede was a damn, damn, damn good pitch.

Nice AB BA!
