Nice work to split the short series!

very solid win, used walks and HBP to get runners on and beat the type of pitcher who usually gives the Sox fits.

Shutout so close.....

 

15 consecutive scoreless innings pitched by Floyd and Danks. Pretty impressive.

 

This was also Danks' first start without allowing a run. :cheers

I think to get a save the tying run has to be in the on deck circle, so from what I understand yes.
