5/18 gamethread: Sox vs Giants

Featured Replies

3-0 swinging at a fastball at his eyes. Then he fouls off a fastball down the middle on 3-1. At least he drew the walk.

Yeah. Not only did he foul that 3-1 off, but he was late. He didn't hit it back but off over the dugout.

Wow. OC.

OC with TWO home runs??? Well I'll be dipped in s*** and rolled in bread crumbs.

We should get Linc after today's offensive performance.

Seriously, if Orlando gets hot, our 1-2-3 is going to be sick.

I can't believe the Giants were even considering trading Lincecum this offseason.

If we can just stabilize our line-up, we will contend and just might win this division.

Who's warming up?

Wass was. I don't know if someone else is up.

Cain's become a real extreme flyball pitcher.

Imagine if he wasn't pitching half his games at SF.

The SF guys are shocked that homers are being hit. It's like they've only broadcast in the dead ball era.

Interesting to see Wassermann in to face three of four lefties. I have a feeling we're saving Thornton for a save situation.

imagine if we traded Crede for Cain?

Floyd or Danks would be at AAA, Cain would have an ERA of about 10.00, and CQ would have neck strain from watching the ball bounce off the left field bleachers.

I'll glady do that trade....Cain's only 23.

No walks Ehren

K for Wass. 1 out

Triple for Winn.

Easy triple for Winn. I really don't like Wassermann in to face lefties.

Wasserman hasn't been too good this season. JD looked incredibly slow there too.

Get him out of there...he's just throwing 88 mph fastballs with no movement.
