AJ had a nice pitch to hit over 3B's and head and instead tries to pull and GO.

This series doesn't match up well for the Sox due to the great pitching they're going to face. With the Angels ability to squeak out a run or two, the Sox are going to have to pick up their level of play from the winning streak.

I am impressed with the way Gavin bounced back after going Ankiel. I really think he kinda gets f***ed up cause he goes so long without pitching from the stretch.

Well maybe he lost it a bit, knowing that a run scored. Its a lot of pressure on our younger pitchers when the offense can barely score a run. We have seen this before, where they try to be perfect to get the win.

hes pressing...hes only seen 5 pitches in 3 ABs tonight...we need better than that from him...if hes not hitting its one thing, but he HAS to get on base at least, thats such a big part of his game
