And if he leaves one out over the plate by mistake, the result is the same. These things happen. Like I said, if he only allowed a run every 8 outs for the entire season, he'd have an ERA of 3.

It seems like there's about 4 or 5 games a week where this offense has to score with only 6 guys producing, and have to overcome whatever negatives Thome, PK, and Swisher provide.
