Ummm...how do you know we'll have a lead tomorrow..or that it will be close...or that Danks will need relief? You play to win the game you're in based on the variables you have without injuring your players.

Tomorrow is another day. I wouldn't have worried about it. You win 'em one game at a time (credit: Crash Davis). Masset hasn't pitched worth a s*** for the past few weeks and shouldn't be used unless it's long relief IMO. So he puts Boone in for one batter. Granted...Boone hasn't lit it up or anything lately...but I sure as hell would rather have him out there instead of Masset.
