I have seen some pictures of him when he's not playing baseball and he is smiling in them and looks like he's having a good time. I heard an interview with BA a while ago and he said CQ is different when he isn't playing baseball.

I really think BA understands this now though, in my opinion he has been a very important piece to this team. I love his current attitude.
