Little Big League?

Bannister is throwing junk to the plate, and everyone is trying to hit the ball 500 feet.

oh where oh where is CQ. Oh where oh where can he be?

6 up, 6 down

Yep, he hit 2 bombs in KC against Bannister a few months ago. We can't keep using this excuse though, even if we still had CQ, there's too many players who seemingly have checked out for this season.

"Feisty, I tell you this Brian Bannister is puttin' on a clinic."

Looks like they had a f***ing rodeo on the infield.

Are you sure it's not the damage done from Jerry Owens batting practice today?

Terrible by Swisher...takes a meatball, and then swings at a low offspeed pitch.

that's very good

Bannister's stuff has been worse than Hughes was the other day. He's been behind in the count a lot.

Good grief Ramirez, touch home plate! I really dislike this team.

um...a delay in tampa...in a dome?

Haha. We're so screwed on offense. Please give us a miracle CQ

Ouch. Marcum needs Tommy John surgery. Just when they think they have something good going.

What happened during OC's atbat?

ozzie needs to threaten greg walker again - worked last time

by next thursday? check your math

Interpretation issue...I thought he was referring to the off day on Monday.

Wait, what did Alexei do?

Didn't realize Buehrle's ERA was well over 5 on the road, and 3-9 record.

Well...Ramirez missing the plate is just the way things have been going the last three games. This is starting to feel like the final weeks in 2005, although not quite that tension-filled, of course.

Dye, Thome, Ramirez and Swisher have been giving us absolutely nothing on offense...well, except for botched slides.

+3

JD finally does something.

If Bannister, Davies and Duckworth don't wake up our bats, then there's nothing Greg Walker can do at this point.

If we do miss the playoffs and the offense completely goes south during the final 10 games, if nothing else, it will give everyone something to talk about during the offseason.

Although I still doubt Ozzie and KW will pull the trigger.
