Worlds greatest

Featured Replies

I thought this could be interesting. What, if anything, have any of you thought you had become extremely good at? Basically, what in your lives have you become the closest to being the best at the world at something. Ill post mine after a few others.

I would assume nobody here is the best in the world at anything, its basically, have you ever been good enough at something that you have always been better than anyone you know at, and even better, maybe taken something online and continued...

We had a rule growing up and then in college.

No wrap around bulls*** goals, or coming straight across the goal line. Play the game without using that crap, and you'd have some epic games.

You could fake that goalie out sooo easy.

Move to the right, goalie follows. Quick pass to the center, left of the goal wiiide open. Goal every time.

In my younger days, when video arcades were actually cool, a friend and I were the best at the game Robotron. We alternated and played on one quarter for 13 straight hours (10am - 11pm) and would have easily beaten the national record but the arcade owner made us quit, eventually unplugging the machine on us. They wouldn't have given us credit for the record since we were alternating, but still, we basically could play forever (no cheats or tricks). We could do the same on Galaga, but we knew the cheat for that game and it was easy once you made it past that.

I am the worlds greatest at being a Jack-of-all-trades, master-of-none.

Anyone ever play sumo volleyball on uproar years ago? I was pretty close to the best at that.

Frisbee. Nobody has ever been better than me. Nobody ever will be.

NCAA Football for PS2, probably 05 and 06 and WCW vs. NWO and WCW vs. NWO World Tour for N64

All Star Baseball. I never ever lost a game, in fact, I never even played games where the person I was playing didn't eventually give up. I think I was quite possibly the greatest to ever play such a game.

I'm am probably the greatest...terrible frisbee person. No matter how much I try, I can't f***ing throw a frisbee. I freaking lost a frisbee in frisbee golf (it went into a lake which wasn't even near the hole).

I could teach you a thing or two. I actually had a friend in college who was as bad as you sound. He's still not very good, but he can throw a frisbee a long ways (just straight ahead of him).

Baseball player.

Baseball player.

That. No question I've thought a million times... what if I happened upon a Genie bottle? I'd be asking for A-Rod's talents when he came up.

I guess I beleive that A-Rod is the best baseball player of all time...??

I turned the score over on Atari Asteroids before.

I killed myself in the game because I got bored after that.

I'd take world greatest in this. I remember endless nights in middle school/high school playing that and WCW/NWO Revenge as well as the WWF games that came out by the same developer.

Judge of character. Give me 2 minutes with anyone and I can tell you a lot about them and be right about almost all of it. Everyone is a 'type'.

Iam really good at making fun of people.

Sometimes harsh and most of the time never to their face but if needed I could bring someone to tears.

Not something Iam proud of but I do have the ability if I have to lash back at someone that provokes me.

I could have been a world-class debater.

I can argue either side of any argument convincingly, and often work BOTH sides of a debate to my advantage.

I have, however, settled on becoming a world-class asshole instead.

2 things. 1) Definately at my job. Been doing the same thing for 30 years, and because of that, be able to manuever things with my machinery that continue to shake heads, and ask, "How the heck did he do that?" . 2) Spur-of-the-moment one liners when backed into a corner. When that takes place, something in my head immediately goes into another gear. Example...............my die-hard Cub fan uncle going on and on about how his Cubbies are known world wide and the Sox aren't. He said that he saw a guy on TV in Iraq that was wearing a Cubs hat. My reply "Of course! What else would you expect? Iraq is a war zone! You have to know who to shoot at!"

I can back up your wittiness. Youv'e made me cry from your jokes at others. Thankfully those tears were because I was laughing so hard at the many "Juan" comments.

Oh and I think I'm quite possibly the worlds greatest farter. Especially for someone my size. Its one thing if a 350 pound dude busts some serious ass, its another when a 6ft 160 pound white boy does it.

Sooo... you're a Master Debater?

Nope. I'm a world-class debater.

Distinction made for a reason.
