benefits of honey

After battling a long cold a year or so ago....i looked this up. Must say honey works...at least for me. Natures remedy I guess.

Iam being completely serious when I say this...drink a half a bottle of Jack and in the morning you will feel like s*** but it will be a hangover and not the bug you got.I believe alcohol can kill alot of viruses that we get.

Getting really drunk can help sometimes.

Everytime I feel a cold coming on in the slightest, I take that stuff and it goes away. Love it.

I also love that stuff. Im normally skeptical of crap like that but it always seems to make me feel better.

I got a flu shot a couple of weeks ago. Having a flu in the heat is the worst. I vowed not to go through it again.

The worst part for me is the stuffy nose. Take Sudafed non drowsy, that will clear it out for sure.

It was taken off the market but it used to be the cure all ...Triamiacin.When I was younger I almost didnt want to take it because I knew I would get better and have to go to school the next day.

I've had flu symptons for about a week, but nothing major that I can't handle.

I always cough up a lot of mucus in the morning (disgusting I know, but I can't help it), which is probably the worst thing for me currently.
