(6IP/3ER) Taking Clayton out of the mix, 14 of the last 20 starts (70%) have been quality starts.

July 2, 200916 yr I really don't think Gavin is getting the credit that is due from turning this season around. He's looked as good as last year recently, maybe better. After the shaky start he had I think we were all ready to jump off the Floyd bandwagon but he has really stepped it up and pitched incredibly.

Also, here is an interesting note about a change he made to his sinker grip that he did last night: "I changed my sinker grip in the bullpen because the last two or three games, it’s been cutting instead of sinking.
