Am I the only one who cringes at the Bacon nickname? Hell, I've stopped calling him Slayer all the time so that we can just stop with nicknames for him.

I haven't been able to find a consistent nickname for him. I seem to alternate between Gordon, Becks, Slayer, and Bacon.

Somehow we're still in this game....obvious key will be the bullpen holding down the middle innings somehow.

 

And the Twins' bullpen is a shade of its former self, so we can continue to get to them.

Does anyone have any doubt that if a hit identical to that happened, it'd get all the way passed Pods to the wall?
