I will say this. Even with my concern about Huet, seeing the performances Osgood and Jimmy Howard put up the last two days makes me feel a lot better. Wings could have some serious issues in net this year.

Stealing Hossa and Koepecky from them will sure help bring them back to the pack as well.

Oh God Bulin just cost the Oilers the win. Tied 3-3 with about 45 seconds left. Puck gets iced into the Edmonton zone, Bulin decides to come out of the net to play the puck. It knuckles, jumps his stick, and Moss puts it in an empty net. If Nik would have let it go, it would have been an easy ice.

wait a second, Bulin cost his team a goal by adventuring too far out of the net??? no way....

I didn't get to see either game this weekend, but have heard good things about Kaner. Hopefully he can stay healthy this year and take that next step.

Only in international rules where they have automatic icing. Obviously he still shouldn't have played it, but I don't see another Oiler near that puck.

True. The only other guy around the puck is from the Flames. If the puck takes a straight bounce around the boards, it goes right to him. If the puck ringed around, there seemed to have been an Oiler on the other side of the ice, as you can see him come into the picture after the goal.

Bolland and Eager both out for tomorrow. Sounds like Johnson may play forward(NOW THATS DEPTH... )

I have a feeling this Bolland back issue is going to a problem for a while......

Hawks just traded Johnson to the Flames for LW Kyle Greentree...I guess that solves it haha

I don't even remember him getting much PT in camp. I for sure don't remember seeing him at the open practice. He has to be behind a bunch of people at this point.

I was referring to the Aliu portion of your post.

Jesus, Chelly, hang the motherf***ers up.

Who retires first, Farve or Chelios?

Chelios will be playing professional roller hockey with his cousin Steve until he's 60. ESPN used to air that s***, I couldn't believe Chelly's cousin was out there pissing everyone off.

Damn, Cheap Shot, go away already.

Sad, desperate f*** with no other useful purpose in life.

I really don't want to have to avoid the Wolves.

Sharpie!

Osgood has been standing on his farking head tonight. The Hawks look great and deep... when Hossa gets back this will be the best team the the NHL. The are already owning play against the Wings. Hopefully they can net a second goal here soon.

oh god huet....that was brutal....then the hawks miss a WIDE open net just after..and now another penalty...ugh
