Wow. When the hell did Buff get fast?

Is that sarcasm? He's always been blazing fast in a straight line.

I can't remember him ever blowing by two guys from the defensive zone like that, getting around the corner and attacking the net.

True, but as the replay showed...he cut off Gaborik with the knee. That was sweet and will be a goal on the Stanley Cup winning video montage!

Using the knee to deflect Gaborik's stick was great presence and instinct.

Simply put, that was the best play I've ever seen from Byfuglien.

He' like the kid from Mighty Ducks 2, great in a straight line, but he cant change directions or stop, as evidenced by his stopping himself with the boards. Awesome play. He's a beast.

Now all he needs to do is learn to shoot the knuckle-puck. :headbang

Why are the Buffalo fans booing Kaner? Isnt he their hometown boy?

Because of the Taxi ordeal they were saying....

Sounds like the refs were terrible this whole game.

Terrible refs? That's no excuse. Put the f***ing thing in the net. 7 goals in 10 games or whatever it is now is inexcusable. You will not win many games with that. Atleast Huet has played well..

Since the San Jose game the Hawks have 7 out of 14 points. They have scored only 11 goals (4 in 1 game). All 3 wins have required over time (one OL).

That's a struggling offense. But they have a stretch of home games coming up. Hopefully they get it together.

Its a scoring slump and they are still winning games. When they break out of it they will go on another big run.

Sure, they are damn good at home. But coming up, that stretch isn't easy. Boston, Detroit, and San Jose are all tough.

Teams are gearing up to play the Hawks and the Hawks need to adjust

All right. Tonight is the night they crank the offense back up!

Belushi drops the first puck... kiss of death. Seriously, we couldn't find a better representative for Second City? What about Stephen Colbert... that would have been more fun and far less annoying.

Sweet little wrister by Kane, all set up by Keith intercepting a cross ice pass and dishing it to the right guy.

Great play all around.

Hawks had about 2 minutes of 5-3 and got about 1 good scoring chance. Needless to say the PP looks a little lost out there. I'm not sure why Bubba was on the point for the PP, he has a hard shot but not an accurate shot. I would have rather seen him in front of Niittymaki. Oh well were still up 1-0

Marion Hossa, have mercy... what a pass!!!!

and an even better goal....that was awesome

Wow. If you didn't see Hossa's goal at the end of the second, find the clip it was an exhibition of athletic ability.

He caught the puck out of mid air, dropped it, and batted it in before it hit the ground. Wow.

Holy crap, what a goal. Too bad I have to watch the Lightning feed. Their announcers cry more than the Rays announcers (didn't think that was possible) and I've only gotten one replay of the Hossa goal and no replays of Eager bloodying the Bolt player.

Wow. Just, wow.

Total bushleague ending by Tampa. I'm with Pat and Ed, I wish we would have tacked two more on at the end. Dicks.
