Killer weather the last time El Nino came through, IIRC. 1998 was the year where there was almost no snow the whole time...until late March. Then...the blizzard of 98.

Lake effect snow hits us all winter long.

Michigan City deserves it.

Niles doesn't.

On the other hand...don't we all.
